Welcome to Bakus ERP. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Enterprise Resource Planning platform and services. By accessing or using Bakus ERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian, and that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms and Conditions. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and Conditions.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property

The Bakus ERP platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bakus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the content in whole or in part except as expressly authorized by us. If you print, copy, modify, download or otherwise use or provide any other person with access to any part of the platform in breach of the Terms and Conditions, your right to use the platform will cease immediately.

User Data

You retain all rights to your data that you upload, submit, or otherwise make available through our platform. By providing your data, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, process, adapt, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

We will maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of your data. We will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bakus, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

Bakus does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service or contact us to request account deletion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Bakus operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
